- Consumed liquid at regular intervals?
- Avoided getting too hungry?
- Snacked on high carbohydrate foods?
EVENING
HAVE I:
- Included pasta, rice or potatoes in my meal?
- Had enough protein?
- Cooked these foods appropriately?
- Included a small sweet?
- Had brought food or home made food?
